Tamela Mann Looks Amazing After Losing 200 Pounds

tamala-mann red skirtTamela Mann has an amazing singing voice and she has reduced crowds to tears with her amazing talent. Many of us also know her as an actress who has been on Tyler Perry’s plays. The talented wife and mother is working on another big goal and that is her weight loss. She looks amazing.

According to healthyblackwoman.com:

One of the biggest reasons that Mann decided that it was time to get rid of the weight was because of her health. She was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2013. Her husband says that people come up to them all the time now and comment on how good they both look. They were much bigger when they had begun filming the things that they have acted in so people are stunned when they see them in person and see what a drastic change both have gone through.

One of the biggest changes for the pair was the way they ate. Mann said that they would usually sit down to a dinner that had at least two or three starches all in one meal. They still have starches such as potatoes, but they limit it to one per meal. They have both also reduced their sugar intake significantly. Mann said her five children put up a fight when they were living at home and they went through and found that all of the junk food had been thrown away. They also cut soda from their lives completely. Mann says she will steal a sip or two of someone else’s every now and then but that is all she will allow herself to have.

Tamela needs to stop lying. She did not lose 200lbs in a year by simply stopping soda and a few potatoes. When will she admit to gastric bypass? Wow! Shame. I remember when Star Jones had to confess, as well… ;-/

    Mrs. Mann looks. Amazing.

  3. Mikki says:

It’s possible. I have gone from a size 18-20 to a size 12 in several months with eating healthy, juicing, and weight training.

Go Tamela, regardless of how at least you did SOMETHING!!!
Some people always have to try shoot another person down! #cyberpolice, #crabsinabarrow, #jealousazz, #sowhat, #donthatecongradulate!

She did not state specifics here, all of what she did, neither did she say all that she did not do. Also she did not write this article, someone else wrote this article. Let us not be so easily provoked and ready to attack based on assumptions that we may tell ourselves. Remain optimistic based on the information given, and lean not to one’s own understanding. Jealousy is a disease and contaminates the spirit and soul.

The song says “I won’t complain” the other says “I WILL complain. Whatever you did Tamela, you DID it; I thank God for you and I love you your style, performance, acquaintance with the Holy Spirit and kinship with the Body Christ.

Even if Mrs. Mann had bypass surgery, she would still have to adopt different eating habits or she could defeat the purpose by stretching her stomach back out with the poor eating habits they confesssed to. Whatever ithey need to do, I hope they continue to eat healthier and take good care of their bodies.

    She looks wonderful.

Tamela is anointed as all get out, pretty as a picture and I could listen to her share her story and her love with her husband for hours. The clothes she often wears however, leave a lot to be desired.

Whether you’re a size 6 or 60, too tight is too tight, and she mostly wears stuff that is far too tight.

In order to look her best, a woman should choose garments that compliment her figure. When you’re a “thick” woman, wearing tight stuff sends the wrong message, gives a negative impression and certainly just totally defeats the purpose of the weight loss, because clothes that are too form-fitting tend to highlight areas that don’t really need the extra attention (i.e. the breasts, tummy and derriere.

When it comes to looking good, women (and especially Christian women) can take a lesson from the old song: Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative, latch on the the affirmative – don’t mess with Mr. In-Between.”
